Hey guys, welcome to another episode of the Blasting Ball Stuff podcast.

Okay, so boom.

The next couple of weeks that want to be a wee bit different.

Reason being is your girl needs to rest for a second.

I have been pretty tired and fatigue for at least the last month.

I've been going hard in a lot of areas and just really just, it's been a lot happening

on my side and I'm at the point where I need just a week or so to just really rest.

And so this week, today I'm going to post a bonus episode and then next week, Sunday,

we don't have any ads, so no episode will here.

I've been doing this show for five and a half years at this point and I can count on less

than one hand how many times the episode, a podcast episode has not come out.

I've always pushed through in some type of way whether it was recording or finding inappropriate,

replay episode to post.

I've always found a way to push through.

But now I'm at the point where I have to really just rest and that's okay.

I'm okay with that.

It ain't going to be that long.

So just a bonus episode today.

The regular bonus episodes will still come out on Wednesday because these are pre-recorded

and then next week on Sunday because there isn't an ad at all.

I'll just let that week go by and I'll be right back the week after that.

So I'm just taking a second that I need for myself.
