Can you start off by telling us, how do you love yourself?

Or how do you woo you?

Oh, that is, that feels like such a deep personal question right off the get-go.

I love it.

And it also kind of makes me want to cry a little bit.

What a question to start on.

But I woo me by soft talking to like inner child me about the things that I enjoy.

So it's been a lot of self-work, but being able to be patient with myself and kind of kinder to myself when I'm feeling perfectionist about

life. And it can be rough, but it's very fun. But in other ways, I think I woo myself by going on

walks. It's as cheesy as it sounds, trying to like take in like physical feelings,
