What would you like to focus on here today? So today we just I think I want to

follow up a little bit on that email about when things are going well then I'm like oh now

we're gonna eat some more and, yeah, it was like a pretty depressing aha moment.

reward myself type of thing so just getting out of that mindset a little bit like

I said just focusing more on implementing the systems, the habits, and letting some

of that pressure be taken off your plate where we let me as a coach or the group support you and the systems like the workbook.

That's going to help with things like decision fatigue, that'll lower your stress levels,
