I think we can all relate to periods of focus & determination as well as periods of avoidance and not doing the work.
The transition between those two periods begins with drifting. It might start as a slow drift but we gradually turn our attention away from our focus & our goals.

| 1:06.2 | And the drifting is sort of the link between when things are going as we want them to and |

| 1:13.0 | And sometimes we only focus on the periods where things are going well or the periods where |

| 1:20.3 | And we don't really recognize this link between them, the drifting. |
