| 1:09.0 | If you want to change the habit of drinking, if you want to change your relationship with alcohol, if you want to learn how to drink less or to stop drinking, |

| 1:29.0 | you're just going to have to learn to live with feeling deprived. |
| 1:33.0 | I think that that's crap. |
| 1:34.0 | I don't think that we should be in a place of feeling like we're always missing out or suffering for our health. |
| 1:41.0 | But that doesn't mean that I think that deprivation needs to be gotten rid of. |
| 1:47.0 | What I want you to consider is that you can start to make it work for you. |
| 1:51.0 | You can start to consider deprivation in a different way. |
