Uh, hoi, hoi. Hello. This is Liz Bentley coming to you live from a Sheraton Hotel, about 20 minutes, not even 15 minutes for my house. This is Friday evening.

We are here because our power went out and it's like 15 degrees out. I am hopefully leaving for

Seattle in the morning and so actually it's kind of better we're here because we're

right off the highway now and where my house is. It's like a super long, windy, twisty road.

That's really actually terrible to drive down. It's scary every day in my life. It's not great.

And it's really the only way to get in or out for where we need to go.

So this is actually better. Our power did come back on a little bit ago, but we're all already

settled in. So we're just going to stay. Also, the wind is still howling like 50 miles per hour right now.

So we don't trust that our power won't go back off. It went off this afternoon, which sucks

because I was actually like on a roll I had done most of my notes. I was going to record,

but I still needed to finish my notes. And then that went out and the rest of the afternoon was

just terrible. But it's fine now. It's really funny. There is a large Orthodox family. I'm assuming

like the entire extended family here doing like a Hanukkah Shabbas thing, which I walked in and

just like everybody, there were 25 Orthodox people in the lobby. I was

really laughing. I was talking to one woman. I was like, oh, where are you from? My best friends in

the Richmond community and she told me where she was from. And then we were in the elevator with

just some Jewish guy. And as he got off, we were like, good Shabbas. And he was like, what? And

started laughing. It's like the elevator door closed. So of course, like, I'mabbas. And he was like, what? And started laughing as like the elevator door

closed. So of course, like, oh, where I live has like very, very few Jewish people. If you go

30 minutes closer to the city, like to right outside the city, there's a town called Lower

Marion and that has a lot of Jewish people, a lot of Orthodox Jewish people. And then there's this
