Hey, hey, so today I am doing something that I enjoy doing from time to time. I love the fact that you

guys listen to this show, but there are so many other amazing podcasts out there and so

I wanted to introduce you to a one that has existed for some time but is doing

a little bit of a relaunch today. It's from my friend and I guess colleague Heather Parity.

It's called the Weekly Parity,

and it's all about personal development, self-help,

dealing with the imposter syndrome, anxiety, and just putting yourself out there.

And she's actually right now training for a Iron Man triathlon, which is a thing that people do because they're insane and she is one of those people

And so she's all about putting yourself into situations that are just super uncomfortable and that's what she covers on the show.
