There's so many good little quotes, phrases, saying, slogans, whatever that you can live by and embrace that are make a huge impact on your business, any business really.

And the one that I love is surprise and delight.

That's simple.

You're going to be successful.

Like you're going to have a good business.

You're going to have a good social media,

whatever it is.

And for social media, like you were saying, surprise and delight can be as simple as responding to a comment.
