And today we dive in and talk about passion and how to keep passion in the relationship, reignite it.

And she gives us some really great tools through the lens of breaking it down to the passion triangle and how we can think about each side and implement them in our relationship.

And one thing that she left us with and one thing that I think is so important is that to remember that we are all normal.

She did some research, I think, about a study of over 2,500 people. And in that, a number of people, there was a very, very, very small amount that said they were still enjoying sex with their partner. Small percentage, right?

Well, you're being a bit hard. It's still enjoying. I think it was like how they rated it as being like passionate.

But yes, it was only, it was only like 8%, which it's like, yeah, but that's why relationships are hard. And that's kind of normal, you know?

So you are not alone if you are struggling sexually in your relationship, put it that way.
