This is the third and final week where I've been publishing greatest hits episodes where I went back into the archive of the podcast and published some of the most popular episodes of all times. And I've done this for a couple reasons. One, we're almost episode number 300. And I wanted to share some of the gems in the past that maybe you haven't heard if you're new to the podcast or you might not have heard in a while. And the second reason is I've been hiking on the Camino the Santiago, which is an old pilgrimage route in northern Spain with my family.

And it just wasn't convenient to bring my podcasting equipment.

And it's this idea of a cookie cutter strategy.

So you might have heard it where somebody says, hey, this new strategy or this old

strategy of buying properties in a certain way, of finding deals in a certain way,

of using a certain financing strategy, hey, this is the best thing ever, and it's new,

and nobody's ever talked about it before, and you should use it to, and you'll be successful
