I'm a grown man who's never read the Percy Jackson books before, but I'm reading them currently for the very first time to determine if this is a book series that we've all been sleeping on as a society. You got to do what you got to do for your brain sometimes. And I support Percy doing this. Oh, yeah. So he gets to the beach. He spreads out a blanket, and he drinks a smuggled in Coke because he just can't deal with the magical, not real stuff, Coke. We have Coke at home. No, we don't. It just hits different. It does. He says, the narrator, quote, for some reason, sugar and caffeine always calmed down
