| 0:52.3 | to be recognized i think mental health and the role that stress at work plays into mental health is being recognised. There's some |
| 0:58.5 | research by the health and safety executives that says over half a million people suffer from work |
| 1:03.6 | related stress. And when you look into the implications of that, not only does it affect, you know, |
| 1:08.8 | people's happiness and productivity at work, it can also be a trigger for things like depression. I think it can be a trigger for other |
| 1:14.5 | more physical illnesses in your body. And again, Mind have done some more research on this and they |
| 1:19.6 | found that work is actually the biggest cause of stress. So it is more significant than |
