By arming yourself with self-care rituals and checking in with yourself before emotionally eating, you can find ways to replace your not-so-good habits with ones that encourage sustainable change. Being proactive and setting yourself up for success is the best way to find your unique version of food freedom and can help you feel nourished in all areas of your life.
