Summary

On the outside, I had it all - a 7-figure business, a growing team, and a beautiful family.
But behind the scenes? I was falling apart.

You’ll hear:
✨ How burnout led me to hospital… twice
✨ The pressure to keep scaling (even when it didn’t feel right)
✨ The moment I realised I was lying to myself
✨ A powerful mindset shift that changed everything
✨ The visualisation practice that helped me reconnect with myself

Trigger warning: This episode includes discussion of burnout, miscarriage, and emotional overwhelm. Please take care while listening.

Sometimes you feel like you do things because you feel like you have to do them or you feel like you're supposed to do them.

Even though deep down you've got this overwhelming feeling that it's not the right thing that you should be doing.

Being radically honest with ourselves is so important because otherwise I think we do reach a point where we burn out

0:16.4

because there's only so much we can take of lying to ourselves and pretending that we're okay when we're actually

0:21.4

really desperately not okay. We have to have to have to stop and listen to what that niggle is trying

0:27.6

0:58.5

I want us to just pause for a moment while we, you know, during the session and for this

1:04.2

session for you to think about, how are you really, honestly, truly? Like, how are you? And just think about that. Because I think how often

1:16.0

are we not really okay, but we're not really telling ourselves even that we're not okay? And this has been

1:23.1

one of the biggest mistakes that I have made on repeat over the past few years. And I wanted to

1:28.4

talk about this and share this because obviously a lot of the glitzy bits of business get

1:34.7

shared online, but not as often do we talk about the really hard bits and the challenging bits.

1:44.0

And so I really wanted to share my story with you over the past

1:48.5

few years of making this mistake. And for me, I feel like there have been so many times where I

1:58.6

haven't listened to myself. You know, sometimes you feel

2:01.4

that you do things because you feel like you have to do them or you feel like you're supposed to do

2:05.4

them, even though deep down you've got this overwhelming feeling that it's not the right thing that you

2:10.0

should be doing, but you're doing it anyway. And I don't know about you, but I feel like so often

2:15.8

I've been the person that I felt like
