0:31.3	This is Natasha Helfer Parker and today I am very privileged to have with me two psychiatrists
0:37.7	to help me with discussing the topic of depression.
0:42.8	Depression seems to be a highly debated topic amongst Mormons of all different stages of
0:51.0	belief and I often see many people with depression in my own practice.
0:56.1	So I thought it'd be good to bring some people on that could help us just with basic education
1:02.7	and thoughts and treatments and all the different things that we want to know about depression.
1:09.3	So without further ado, I will go ahead and introduce my two guests.
1:15.3	First I have Dr. Christopher Helfer and no there's not a coincidence there.

1:23.2	And he's a fourth year resident at the University of Utah in the Psychiatry program.
1:28.5	He graduated with his bachelor's in Spanish from the University of Utah and went to the medical school
