Big change. Welcome to another episode of Tiny Leaps. Big changes where I share simple strategies

you can use to get more out of your life. My name is Greg Clooney and in this episode I want to

sort of quickly this is kind of a mini episode I guess it's sort of like an in-between episode. I want to talk about leadership. This is something that came to mind for me very recently and I recognized that it's one of those things where if you can change the way you think about it

ever so slightly more people would realize that they are leaders and here's what

I mean by that. The dictionary definition for the term leader is quote

the person who leads or commands a group organization or country. Now here's the thing, you hear that and your mind probably goes to your

boss or teachers and professors that you've had or your parents if you're younger or whoever is sort of the authority in a situation.

But what I've found for myself,

and this helps me quite a bit,

is that it's important to remember that context matters in leadership.
