time to assess acknowledge and celebrate the successes that you've had in 2019 however small

or large they might be.

2019, I know for me, included a lot of new challenges, some successes, and even some failures.

And that's okay.

That's part of how we learn, of course, and we have to look to put that behind us

and use it the good and the not so good to fuel us for what we're going to plan to

accomplish in 2020.
