This is so horrible that I remember like all these formal school shootings, but it was maybe last year it wasn't that long ago that Michigan's Michigan school shooter who he came to school and he was it was some very disturbing artwork.

And he had something about bullets or something about guns and they reported it whoever the teacher was was disturbed enough to report it that kid had to report to the office with his backpack in tow.

His parents were even called they were so worried. And the school asked his parents to take him home. They refused. They said he should stay in the school and they didn't give permission to search his backpack, which is baffling to me because the school didn't need permission to search the child's backpack.

But they never searches backpack and tragically he had a hand gun in the backpack and killed children with it after his parents have left the school. So I mean it seems to me Jeff as a prosecutor. I'm a little bit of a cynic because I do see that that a checklist is all well and good, but not if people won't enforce that if they won't take it seriously.

And you have to be a person of action, right? So you know what if I'm that principal like we can't have the SRO search the backpack because they need probable cause.

But if I'm the principal I search the backpack and you know what if I find a pound of marijuana that's not what I'm worried about right now.
