Hello Trail Seekers and welcome to another exciting episode of the Learn True Health

Podcast. I have a fantastic interview for you today. If you're listening to this

when it just came out happy Labor Day weekend for those in Canada and the United States and

happy end of August beginning of school year and September for everyone else in the

world. I'm very excited for what's to come in the

following months. Learn True Health has some we've got some amazing plans coming

up including what I'm not going to tell you right now but I'm very

excited to tell you shortly and phase one of my diabolical plan was just complete yesterday. I had with me a sound engineer. He spent almost the whole day with me. His name is Joe. He awesome, and he helped me set up my new studio system for recording,

which is going to take place starting next week with all of the interviews that I've got lined up.

We will be using a sound board and a different mic and so hopefully the plan is to bring you even better quality audio when it comes to interviewing these

amazing guests so look forward to that he gave me some great lessons so I so I'm a little bit nervous using this new soundboard, but we've got it all dialed in, so just look forward to even better quality audio.
