misses you. My arms miss you. Van City. Van City is Vancouver. Oh, did you just make that

up now, or does anybody actually say that? I have heard it said with various layers of

sarcasm and irony and and derision. So I don't think it's a, it's actually said seriously

complimentary. Yeah. Okay. The cocktail of the week this week is the sexy beast. Sexy

beast. So for those of you who don't super closely follow, I, when I run marathon

runs, I wear a t-shirt that I had custom made. I actually have two along sleeve and a short

sleeve. That's a sexy beast in like big block glitter letters. And when I do that, everybody

who is watching the race sees me coming and yells sexy beast. And they get really excited.

And it's cold. It dudes can yell it too. And women can we yell it. It just works for

everyone. Yep. Everybody. Everybody. Some people are like, they look at the shirt and

I'm like, I can't say that. And I'm like, you can though. It's okay. None of those words

are bad. I mean, there's nothing inappropriate. It's just like, it's a genius. When you came

up with that, it was freaking genius. And it means for six hours, because that's how long

it takes me to run a marathon pretty much. People tell me I'm a sexy beast, which is

real nice for my ego. It's great. It's only good. Like it's, it's just such a good t-shirt

slogan thing. Yeah. So I love it. Sexy beast. And a friend of the squad, Lauren messaged

me this week and was like, I'm at this bar and they have a drink, a cocktail called

...
