Turkey Day, Thanksgiving and into the real heart of the holiday season. I know this is a major transformation danger zone for a lot of you. A lot of you do great the first nine and a half, ten months of the year and it's those last two two and a half months were really crash and burn and a lot of times we lose all the results that we had gained in the first part of the year.
