1:05.1	something I'm pretty sure we've all heard at some point in our lives and actually lately that's how
1:10.0	I've been coming up with my topic ideas that's actually usually the the number one question I get
1:16.0	case how do you come up with so many topics because I've done you know almost 300 at this point
1:21.6	and lately what I've been doing is I simply think about the things that we hear all the time
1:26.4	the cliches we hear the references and pop culture we hear the things we accept to be true
1:32.2	and then I just turn around and give my two cents on them my two cents of mindset on them
1:37.0	and I do that because that's relatable and hearing something relatable I think is really essential to
1:42.7	changing your life changing your mindset because you've heard it firsthand because you've experienced
1:48.1	it firsthand because you can relate to what I'm talking about and lately I've been hearing a lot
1:53.8	of comments from people who say that they dated or tried to date someone who constantly referred to
2:01.2	their ex or their exes as crazy have you heard this you probably have I think it's a very common
2:08.0	thing for people to say oh yeah my ex was crazy my ex was crazy it's become this formula to
2:16.8	that you know to say that anyone that you dated and it didn't work out oh yeah you know they
2:21.2	were crazy my ex was crazy and so I just wanted to do a quick episode on what I think your mindset
2:27.2	should be if someone keeps telling you that their ex was crazy because I think it's a very telling
