I've been meeting to talk about on The Incomparable for a long time, and we finally got

around to it mostly because on January 24th, 2016, Fox is going to be airing a six-episode revival

of the classic 90s TV show, The X-Files, which was always one of my

favorites. And I thought this would be a good time to revisit it before whatever happens with

the revival happens. So it's timely, sort of. As timely as a podcast about a show from the 90s could be.

So we're going to talk about the X-Files, Malter, Scully, black oil, alien bounty hunters, stupid

mythology, the lone gunman, all of that with three fine panelists, David J. Lour, hello.
