It's a collection of words that will lift you up.

And she is the encouraging pep talk that we all need when the light at the end of the

tunnel feels so very far away.

Now one post of hers in particular really caught my attention.

And it's partially why I invited Ariel on the show with my fingers crossed hoping she

would dive into this topic with me.

Now Instagram, it can serve as this place of inspiration, right?

But it can also serve as a battleground of comparison and fighting this inner battle

with ourselves to have and do whatever we see in the perfect images on our phone screen

happening in other people's lives.
