because her book, Guess What Came to Dinner, influenced my childhood. Back when I

was about 13 years old my mom brought home that book and it

played a role in how our family adapted new strategies for long-term health.

Now, some settings got mixed up with the new edition of Skype

and the recording is a little bit off, so you'll just notice that on my end it sounds just a

little bit tinny or a little bit like AM radio I apologize for. I did the best job I could cleaning it up post-production.
