first impression happens online. So it's time to ask yourself are you putting your

best foot forward with your online appearance and I'm not just talking about

having a pretty website but also about the words

you use to describe what you do, how you do it, and who you do it for. Those words, to borrow a term

from the advertising world, are known as your copy.

So first impressions count for a lot. Some studies say you only have three seconds to convince somebody

if your business is legit or not, based on the look in the words at the top of your website.

Your copy could be making you money or it could be sending potential customers and

readers scrambling to hit the back button on their browsers.

So today I invited Laura Belgrade from Talking Shrimp.com to join me in this
