And I'm Taylor. And we are back with another amazing episode this week. We are talking all about healing journeys, which I'm sure we'll talk about our own healing journeys, which we have. I mean,

0:58.6

if you're listening to this and you've been listening for a while, you know we talk about our life all the time. But really, we're going to talk about like what real healing looks like.

that you regret or maybe that you wish you had done differently. And part of that has contributed

2:27.1

to your mental health and you're really hard on yourself for it. And you're really critical

2:31.5

about those things. And that would be the first thing I would say is compassion.

2:36.1

We just talked about that in another episode, how self-compassion and self-love is huge
