I have brought some pillows in from my bedroom to try and soften the sound so hopefully

I have better dull sit tones.

I've taken on the feedback and a few people have said Ben, do you know what, the sound on your

show could be better better I'm going to

invest in some posh equipment but I'm a bit of a budget guy if I'm honest like you know

I drive around in a fairly budget car and I do fairly budget things and I wear fairly budget clothes.

So to actually buy like a thousand pounds worth of Mike and all that kind of stuff, I'm not really

down with that, I'm just down with the content. So hopefully if I can keep bringing

new incredible content, then that is really the aim of the game. And that's probably why, oh yeah, I checked the other week and Ben-Cuma Radio had hit number seven in the world of the health charts on iTunes which is pretty fucking cool.

Anyway, to my guest my guest today has been in the industry a long time. He's been

shaken about a long time. He's been on the stage in pants quite a few times.

He works with one of the biggest fitness companies in the world.
