Summary
Today, you'll be guided with the Tattva Mudra to help you feel the fresh start you've been craving—steady, clear, and true from the inside out.
Tattvas are the elemental building blocks of nature—earth, water, fire, air, and space—and working with them can be a beautiful way to ground your intentions in something simple and embodied. In this episode, we'll use a gentle Earth + Space focus: Prithvi Mudra to support stability and renewal, and then a moment of open awareness to invite spacious clarity.
As you hold the mudra, you'll be guided to visualize your life as if you're opening the windows, clearing the inner rooms, and letting fresh air move through. From that place, you'll imagine your next steps unfolding without force—evolving at your own pace, trusting your timing, and letting growth be sustainable rather than rushed.
This is a practice for anyone who wants a reset without pressure—just calm energy, inner clarity, and a grounded beginning.
Mudra practice:
-
Prithvi Mudra (Earth): touch the tip of your ring finger to the tip of your thumb; other fingers extend softly.
This is day 4 of a 7-day meditation series, "Refresh: A Gentle Reset for a Brand New Year,"Â episodes 2819-2825.
