because I think with aging comes experience and it comes maturity. So you have to take it upon yourself

to say, okay, am I really willing to spend another five years so inconvenienced and so stressed

about this one person that won't love me the way that I wish that they would,

or am I going to take all of that energy I've been giving and put it into the friendships,

the relationships, the children that are right here in front of me?

earlier in life. So these are lessons that we have learned, and we hope that you guys can take

away some of what we're talking about today. So we each have three, and my first one is that

avoidance is rarely the answer.

I know I've talked about this on the podcast before,

but when it comes to health, your teeth, your money, taxes, anything in life,

like when we're not good at it or we know we have an issue, avoiding it just

makes it worse because a lot of these problems get worse, the longer you let them be.
