All right, here we go. Welcome in everyone to this week's edition of the Deer Hunter

Podcast Friday, January 13th, and you are in the studio. A couple things to hit here before we get

into this week's show. i've just got myself a little

little short list and notes of things that i want to make mention and we'll get right into this one

it's a great episode we cover a lot my guest this week is my good friend josh talker from before

the echo and he's been working with dan in faultault, you know, over the past year on the

Hunting Beast production. So a lot of you guys probably know who I'm referring to when I say

Josh Talker. For those of you that do not, he is, man, well, he had a great deer season.

This is the first one that I've paid attention to.

I just came to know Josh here back this past October.

He joined us at our Northern Michigan deer camp with the hunting beast crew,

and it was in pretty short order that I figured out that, one, he was just a really nice guy and then shortly after that I figured out

oh wow this guy's a exceptionally good hunter and person and everything that goes along with this

so you're going to hear a bit in this episode about what I kind of value in and when I say good

hunter it doesn't just mean somebody that consistently kills big

deer every year. That's obviously a very popular, rightfully so, metric to measure what a good

hunter is. But to me, there's some more important qualities that, in my opinion, are more important. And you'll hear in detail what I talk about in here,

but Josh, he just fits the script, man. I'm going to tell you right now I'm a fan of how he handles his

business in and outside of the deer hunting woods. And I have a lot of respect for the guy in a very short amount
