All right, here we go. Welcome in everyone to this week's edition of the deer hunter podcast january 6th two thousand twenty three into the new year and you are in the studio for what

looks like it's going to be a little bit of a shortened episode

here today. I had some scheduling problems this week. Some stuff fell through yesterday for me.

I have quite a bit going on. It's been very difficult for me to allocate time to sit down and

record just because of some chaos that I have going on

in my personal life, which is a good thing. It's a stressful thing, but it's a good thing. So what we're

going to do here today, it is currently 6.30 a.m. in the morning of Friday, January 6th.

I'll be recording this and publishing it this morning.

I have about 45 minutes, not even.

I have about 30 minutes here before I need to depart to a job site to get some

things up and running and once I do that I should have some time on my lunch to get this edited

and published for your listening enjoyment so what I was going to do today here is just a quick recap of the tail end of my deer season.

Deer season overall, kind of a review, look back, talk about a few things.

Obviously, I had some lofty goals going into this season.

I did not hit all those, So maybe talk about how I'm

processing that, what it means to me to have not hit some goals and to have hit some goals. And

then ultimately, where do I go from here? Like, why didn't I?

And how can I do better next year?
