So here we go. So we have Mark Feldstead here and Mark around six years ago,

I think we first connected and started working together. But maybe you could start off with August

2018, I think. You had a dramatic cardiac experience. Oh yes, a very fateful day in my life either. At the time, I was in my mid-50s.

I was fit triathlete, competed in local competitions in triathlons and one warm August evening.

I left the house with my bike, kissed my wife and daughter goodbye, off to a local triathlon.

Unfortunately, I was never going to finish that

triathlon because 200 meters from the finish line, apparently I dropped dead. I dropped dead. I had a sudden

cardiac arrest. Luckily, two competitors there were doctors. They reanimated me actually for more than 20

minutes, but never mind that.

And long story short, I literally woke up in hospital 10 days later out of a coma, not knowing

what the hell had happened with my wife one side of me and my sister the other with the biggest

smiles they'd ever seen, I'd ever seen, because they had no idea when I was going to

wake up or what kind of condition I was going to be in when I woke up. So that was crazy.

So like a good boy for a year, I took all the medications, the cocktail of drugs that I was

given, trying to figure out why on earth it happened. I did actually go vegetarian for a year,

but never mind. And then strange enough, the same thing happened again. Wow. Bam. Same scenario.
