What's up everybody and welcome to self-storage income. Today we are kicking off 2025.

Right. I mean, I guess we're not kicking it off. It's been a few episodes and everything,

but we're showing you guys all of these of these people were giving case studies and walking through people that had

gotten started. They'd either started with little or nothing. And they got into this amazing business.

And this is not like in the past, this is recent. These are people that are recently doing.

And we're going to talk about

getting capital, how that works, because that's a big part of it. Obviously, this is real estate.

Where do I get the money to do this? And how do I go about even thinking about getting money,

if that's investors or a bank? I want to do this, but where does that come from? And I think there's a lot of misnomer with that. Like if you're in it, it's because you have money where that's not true. Part of real estate is the ability to get money. That's what we do. That's what everybody does. You have to go find money to invest in real estate. So don't think that it's like, I have to do this, but others don't. Yeah, no, you're exactly right. Well, and again, like we've talked about, there's a couple things. We've talked a lot about, you know, at the beginning of this year where 2025 is going to go and all the opportunities coming up. So this is a perfect time to kick off and say, hey, these are the resources you're going to need and how to get them and here are the people that are doing it right now today.
