Well, and again, like we've talked about, there's a couple things. We've talked a lot about, you know, at the beginning of this year where 2025 is going to go and all the opportunities coming up. So this is a perfect time to kick off and say, hey, these are the resources you're going to need and how to get them and here are the people that are doing it right now today. |
