I myself have also been on a health journey. As you know for the last seven years I have been working on healing many of my issues and have been quite successful. I have reversed type 2 diabetes, chronic adrenal fatigue, chronic infections,

polycycivalveren syndrome, and infertility. My last biggest challenge that I've been working on since

launching this podcast has been to achieve an optimal weight

level and fitness level.

It has been such an awesome journey with you.

over this past few days and think about everything I've learned and the impact that this

podcast has had on my health and my life and also the lives of my friends and family and I imagine you the listener are just right there with me exploring this wonderful journey.

I love that we can take all these little tidbits from each guest and add it to our life and even

though it may seem like baby steps we look back a year or two years later and realized what a significant

change those differences made. I love using things like the sunlight and

sauna in my life on a regular basis. It decreases my stress and improves my sleep and

my energy levels and I've really noticed a change in my detoxification around heavy metals.

It's been so exciting to do these little things, like I said, these little baby steps and then you

turn around and look back and realize if you've been

doing them for a few months what a difference it makes. A few episodes ago I interviewed

Chef A.J. And since then I decided to do the challenge and take on her diet, which seemed daunting at first and I've read her books. I thought there's no way I could do this.
