Hi, everyone. Welcome back to the Anxiety Chicks podcast. I'm Alison Sepanara. And I'm Taylor. And we're excited to be back here again today for this episode. So we're going to be talking about something very interesting that I'm sure a lot of you can talk about because I just had a whole discussion about this, one on my Instagram live and the other one in my single sister circle.

And I cannot believe every single woman has experienced this in their life.

And the women that I'm talking to are like in their 40s and 50s.

through these friendship breakups. And a lot of women and a lot of clients I've had too always kind of

say the same thing. They're like, I didn't, I didn't know what to do. It kind of like there was a slow fade of it.

It wasn't like a breakup like you see with a significant other.

And I thought to myself, okay, this is going to be a really good topic because I think that everyone's been through.

And also I think friendship breakups look different for everybody. And sometimes it's not like by never talking to you again.
