In today's show, we talk about getting past a place of disconnection, especially when you say,

I can't do anything right to yourself and to your spouse.

And I found this quote on Pinterest and I actually embellished it a little bit.

It was anonymous so I just took the liberty to add a little extra to it.

The quote said, we build too many walls and not enough bridges.

And then I added especially when things are not going the way that we want them to.

Because when we're not getting what we want or what we think we deserve, those walls go up in a flash.

So we're talking about that today and talking about disconnection and those types of things.
