and we know that you love it.

And we know that the vast majority of you will either jump on your socials or jump on various Facebook groups and talk about this podcast.

And we love the fact that you do that.

We would like you to take that one step further now and vote for us at the British podcast Awards.

They have this thing called the Listeners Choice Award.

It is nothing but a popularity contest.

Let me make that clear.

than a popularity contest because it makes you feel popular. If American films have taught us

anything, it is that popularity is the only important thing in the world. We genuinely would

like to win it. And it's pathetic, if I'm being honest. It says a lot about us as people,

but stuff it, we want to win. So if you could click on the episode description, there is a link

there that goes to the British podcast awards voting and type in the socially distant sports bar.

You get something that lands in your email address, then you have to plug that in, and then you click on verify. And that's it. It's probably a two and a half minute process that you can do on your phone right now. So press pause, click on, don't press, no, hang on, don't break, no, whoa, woo, woo, you've pressed on pause because you've realized there was nothing that I told you to do. Right. When I finish this explanation, press pause and do it. That's better. That's better. Right. So you need to go to the episode description. So you scroll up a little bit on your phone and the episode description will appear. You click on the first link that is there. Then you plug in your email address and the podcast you want to vote for, which is the socially distant sports bar. And then that lands an email in your inbox. So go to your Gmail or whatever

email you've got now and then you click on verify and then that verifies it. If you've got loads of

email addresses, do it. Why not? It'd be really lovely and really, really helpful. If you want to make
