I'm grateful for it and I hope that you're doing well today.

Yeah, so on this podcast today I'm going to talk about moving into the unknown. You know, the growth is an interesting topic, an interesting idea, right?

Like we all want to grow, whatever that means for us.

And let's consider what that might mean for a minute.

We'll want our sense of self, our kind of what we are as a person, we want to become a full spectrum human.

We want to continue to kind of shine light in the parts of ourselves

that we know need attention or developing or care. We want to become better

versions of ourselves so that we live more full lives. We want to feel happier and connected and

we want to feel equipped, our experience and for the people that we care about.

You know, growth also means that we want to continue to evolve our professional lives in a way where they're

meaningful where they're maybe either deeper or richer in scope, you know, we want our to grow our relationship

so that we connect better with people that we care about. You know we want to

grow our wisdom, our understanding of what it means to be a person, what it means to live a life, what it means to just be a human in a moment of time.

You know, and I think that's a pretty, has a pretty universal thing that people want those things.

The problem is that it is often pretty uncomfortable to go into the places that you have to go into

to get those outcomes.

That's why a lot of people stay stagnant.
