Yeah, so whenever you're inside of things, you know, whether it's like business or near personal life or whatever, it's so hard to be able to see it just because you're living it like first experience, even if you think in terms of like an analogy for that could be like a band or an artist or

something like that like you know think of a random example like Elton John

doesn't know what Elton John sounds like. You know what I mean?

He knows like what his, he knows what he's trying to do

and like what, but no one just goes, no,

but you're, yeah, that's clearly Elton John,

like everyone, you can hear all the stuff,

you know, all the chord structures,

all the textures, all of the choices,

like it's so clearly him.

And he's just like, I'm just trying to write music over here.

I don't know what that is, you know. If anything he's thinking about the next thing, you know, and avoiding the familiarity. And so we do that in our lives, you know, it's like when you're in the driver's seat there there you just can't see your own blind spots and it's so it's so challenging you know how did you you know start to get some light in those blind spots whenever you were in the midst of your business?

Yeah, I mean, you know, it was interesting having never really, you know, I didn't go to college and I didn't work in any traditional jobs and I became a hair stylist and

and I'd never been in a lot of situations where I was, you know, having to like manage people and navigate relationships.

Not much anyways.

And my parents had their own business and they were entrepreneurs, so I learned a little bit watching them, you know it was it was such a it was such a like on the job kind of thing and and I think when I started to learn about myself in the early dry bar years was that I was pretty conflict

avoided and I struggled with you know getting you know having those hard

conversations and and conversations and not not really realizing the severity and

the potential damage that would come from not having those important conversations and

it really wasn't until you know my brother is my

co-founder Michael Landau as well as my ex-husband Cameron Webb and we all have our

different lanes and you know Michael would tell me that people
