Okay, I'm so excited. I have my dear friend, Phil, Phil's my pharmacist, back on the podcast today.

Phil, somebody asked me the other day, like, what's his last name? And I was like, my pharmacist?

It's Cowley. So, yeah, but that's the plan. The plan was to become a pharmacist. Like, there's no brands, nobody, like, they don't know pharmacists. So we got to bring them back. Pharmacies are, pharmacists are important people, too. So. You are the best. Actually, I, I can't remember if I told you this the last time we recorded,

but like I had a childhood pharmacist whose name was Eric. And Eric knew everyone. He knew my mom.

He knew everybody's name. He knew what we needed. He was just the best. Shout out to Eric at

Dick's pharmacy and Bountiful. If he's still there, I don't know if he is, but he was awesome. He was just like you, you know. Old pharmacists, they don't die. They just kind of mold into the, into the furniture, and then they're still there. They just keep coming in. So he wasn't old. I think he was like, you know, my mom's age and my mom, you know, people that or my mom's age are like so offended if you were to call them old. So he probably is like 60 and not old.

I'm a. I'm just waiting for my kids to have grandkids. I'll be old if I can get grandkids because I'm ready for the babies again. So love it. Kate, Phil, you have just gone absolutely bonkers viral. And it's because you help people. I'm not even going to let you,

like you're going to downplay it if I try to let you introduce yourself. So I'll just introduce you for you

because you're too nice and you won't be honest about it. But Phil, when I found you, Phil,

you were just being your like good old helpful self and just sharing like pharmacy hacks and telling people

how they could like you know get more out of their medication and over the counter stuff if they

mixed a little of this with a little of that and crushed up this and whatever and you saved me

from bug bites in Mexico three years ago when I was on my 10 year anniversary trip and that's

where our friendship started. But I have watched you just absolutely take off. And when people

ask me the question like, how do I grow on Instagram? And I get that question from everybody from

like somebody who owns a car dealership to somebody who is trying to be a traditional

influencer and every time I tell them like pick a lane stay in it you know stick to your niche

niche whatever you want to call it and I always use you as an example because you have decided you know

you're very clear on this is who I am this is what i do and you help people understand what their options are and how i mean i you are america's go-to when it's like i have a sore throat there's so many options you walk into target and it's like there's five thousand things you could take for your sore throat but i know exactly who's going to always tell me what the best is and it's like there's 5,000 things you could take for your sore throat, but I know exactly

who's going to always tell me what the best is, and it's you. So that's my intro to you have
