| 0:13.8 | Because the body is a crazy thing, and you could wake up and assume you're going to have the worst race ever. |

Or you could wake up and assume you're going to have like the worst race ever but if you let the race take care of itself like you might surprise yourself or you could you could think you're going to have the race of your life and so you stick to a game plan that your body is resistant to and then you end up walking and you're like i have no idea what happened you just have to be able to be in tune with your body and listen to it and take those moments and those little like 10 15 minute chunks of races |
