Due to a virtually unprecedented leak from the Supreme Court, we learned a couple of days

ago that religious fanatic Samuel Lito wrote an opinion that concludes, row in KC must

be overruled, essentially ending the right to bodily autonomy for over half of the people

in this country.

The decision is reckless, arrogant, and deeply cruel.

Read it at your peril.

Although the Washington Post has an annotated version which you should actually check out

if you can stomach it.

Right out of the gate, Lito mentioned that abortion isn't mentioned in the Constitution.

Who fucking cares?

There are plenty of unenumerated rights that Americans enjoy, but if he's so concerned

about that, maybe he should tell his fellow Republican activists in the Senate that the

filibuster and the number of Supreme Court justices aren't mentioned in the Constitution,

either.

Row was egregiously wrong from the start right, Lito, with a deliberate illusion to brown

versus Board of Education of Topeka, and its repudiation of Plessy V. Ferguson.

In other words, he's equating Row with Plessy, the Supreme Court case that codified the

racist, separate, but equal policy.

Court far from being about a national settlement of the abortion issue he continues, Row and

Casey have inflamed debate and deep in division.

So, Lito was implying that Row has been the cause of the country's split over abortion

rights, not the fact that 30% of Americans, based solely on their own religious beliefs,
