That's right. And this episode is dedicated to diving into that book. I wanted to sit on in your seat and ask you some questions and let the listeners in on this new endeavor.

Great. So this is actually the 12th book that you've written.

Right. But I've heard you on a number of podcast interviews

say that this should have been the

first book that you've written tell me why. If somebody were to ask me, hey

there's these 12 books stacked up on a table, what should I read first? I would say

start with this one and if I'd understood this I probably would have

written at first because this book before you get into the how of

leadership which most of my books are about how to build a team how to build an

organization how to be a leader you really need to address the why.

Like why would you do that in the first place?

And that's what the motive is about and pretty much any leader should really be asking
