I've been for a terrifying experience. I've feared for my life, second by second, minute by minute, hour by hour. I am incredibly grateful to the Italian and UK authorities for all they have done to secure my safe release.

I have just arrived home after four weeks of being in Italy and I haven't had the time to gather my thoughts.

I'm not at liberty to say anything further until I have been debriefed by the UK police.

who's helping me do some technical stuff with the podcast.

I just needed a bit of a hand with some technical stuff.

And while we were kind of sorting through stuff,

we were just sort of chit-chatting and

he said to me oh yeah I was looking through some of the podcast groups that are that are on

Facebook yeah yeah there's quite a few of them isn't there and I was like yeah yeah yeah it seems

like every podcast you know has their own group and he said your groups is your group's, it's pretty mad, isn't it?
