| 1:01.7 | team of the Yacht and Beach Club Resorts and then progressed through the management ranks as |
| 1:07.2 | the nightclub manager at Pleasure Island. That doesn't exist anymore, but it was a |
| 1:11.5 | great fun nightclub area in downtown Disney, or what is now part of downtown Disney. Then he was a |
| 1:17.9 | service trainer aboard the Empress Lily, which is a restaurant on a boat there at the lake, |
| 1:22.7 | and on the revitalization team of the contemporary resort in the mid-1990s. |
| 1:27.9 | It was during that project that he achieved his crowning achievement at Disney, as he says, |
| 1:33.8 | which was designing, opening, and operating chef Mickey's, which is Disney's flagship |
| 1:39.5 | character dining experience. |
| 1:41.4 | And it is magical. |
| 1:42.4 | I've taken my daughter there back when she was younger, |
| 1:44.6 | and we had a great experience there, so thank you. |
