Summary

Hello from Boston, MA, USA! I'm presently on a holiday/vacation over hear, but wanted to record you a free gift to help you and others make powerful changes.

The audio quality is not as high as usual, but still good, however the main thing is the message I speak of. I believe its fundamental in make changes in yourself and others. To realise what you are and what you are not. Some may say its a little 'woo woo laa laa' but its my truth and I believe applying this philosophy into your life you will see so many changes on the inner and outer world of you.

So enjoy it, spread it, share it and 'like' it below.

non-willing to change, and also how we can relate that to ourselves, because that's really

You see, when it comes to supporting people, and I want you to be conscious of this in yourself

1:09.1

as well, I want you to be conscious of your own behaviours because a lot of the time we're unaware of what we're doing.

1:15.6

We're unaware of how we may not be getting the most use out of the possible solutions out there,

1:22.6

how we can become too reliant on certain people, which makes us feel more comfortable, more it

1:28.8

ease, but it's not an empowering way to be.

1:31.8

Now of course, we need help, we get help.

1:34.2

That's no problem whatsoever, but it's important to notice the fine line between becoming

1:39.7

reliant and not being willing to change yourself yourself as well as realizing your own power.

1:46.9

Because let's just relate it back to people and their issues, just to keep it simple and then

1:51.6

you can relay it back to yourself as well. Because it's important that we do not get caught up

1:56.7

in other people's issues, too much anyway, because you are the sum of who you surround yourself

2:02.6

with you see you'll be surprised how much energy you keep by not being involved in some people's

2:11.1

stuff because everyone has stuff now there's a lot of people I come to see have their stuff

2:17.0

they have their issues but they're willing to do whatever it takes to make a change. And I really applaud them. I'm so grateful to have clients like that because they know they're stuck, they know that they're looking for help, and they're trying to find any way and they're willing to do whatever it takes,

2:34.9

in other words, taking responsibility to make a change in their life.
