straight to it really. So first of all, if we have the experience of anxiety or fear or worry, any negative emotion, in other words,

whether it be anger, sadness, fear, guilt, hurt, frustration, you name it.

If we experience these on a consistent level, so we habitually, habitually even, is that even a word? You know what I'm

trying to say, don't you? I can't stop what I edit these. So you're going to get exactly what I'm saying

at every moment. So whatever you habitually, I'm still doing that makes sense, but I'm going to

carry on. So whatever you experience on a

consistent level is going to become a habit. It's going to cause you to experience it more often

your life. And that goes for the positive and negative. Once you start to become more open-minded,
