1:37.3	How was that accomplished? How do you come to this understanding?
1:41.3	In two stages, as you'll probably be tired of hearing by now,
1:45.0	in two stages. First of all, what is our reality that we are Brahman? This is first understood
1:55.0	by a process of separation. Right now we think we are this body mind system. This is what we are. That's
2:03.0	what we feel. When you ask who are you? This one. What is this me or I? And that reminds
2:11.0	me. St. Peter in the gates of heaven, somebody knocks and St. Peter says,
2:20.3	Who is it? And the reply comes, it is I. And St. Peter goes, oh great, another English teacher.
2:28.3	It's not it's me, it's I. So who am I really? What am I really? Is this body mind or something
2:40.3	beyond this? So the first stage in Advaita Vedant is accomplished by the process of
2:47.2	Drigdrich Dhrisha Viveka, Panchakosha, Avastatraa-viak, these are different processes.
