I think for the vast majority of people, their boundaries could

use some work. And I'm going to start by saying that, you know, this is not a niche problem.

This is not something that a small handful of people struggle with. And I think boundaries is one

of those areas where it's not until we start to look at it through the lens of boundaries

that we realize how many aspects of our lives might be adversely impacted by less than ideal
